Our modified graphite bipolar plate material has high corrosion resistance along with good mechanical strength and liquid tightness to various electrolytes.
The formulation of the material determines excellent properties that can be used in pressing or calendaring productions methods allowing high volumes with low takt time.
Adapted for series over 30,000 pieces up to > 10 million per annum.
Properties complying with the United States Department of Energy (DOE).
Lower cost of manufacture and lower carbon footprint for this new generation of material.
On demand innovations based on technical specifications.
Description:
Carbon Modified Material with high is a carbon based material with high temperature and high corrosion resistance. This grade is gas tight and do not require any impregnation process.
This grade could be molded to desired dimensions and down to 0.7mm thickness.
This grade could be machined the same way as traditional graphite BPP.
